"Really enjoyable "event"experience at the bar. Incredible array of cocktails, though rather pricey,yet very tasty. Food was decent middle of the road fayre but better than a typical pub grub menu and more reasonable prices than the cocktails and wine."

"Gorgeous location, can dress up or down, music as always is great. Food delicious although watch out for chilli oil in the Caesar salad! Love that the manager walks around and checks in on you. Cocktails delicious and very theatrical, wine reasonably priced too. Always a good night at any alchemist venue, love it!"

Bar staff were great and really helpful in taking the time to suggest the best ingredients for cocktails to meet our specific tastes. Connor and his colleague (I didn't get her name. Apologies) were really attentive and explained well what worked best for our favourite drinks and left us with great recommendations. Well worth a visit."

"A superb location on the waterfront, with both indoor and outdoor seating makes this a prime location. Watching the sun set over the water and seeing the area transform with the night lights adds a brilliant atmosphere, but it’s certainly not lacking that sat inside anyway. All the waiting staff are super friendly, really proactive and able to offer advice on the menu. There’s a good number of them too meaning there’s never a need to wait and they’re all professional without being ‘stuffy’. The decor is great and modern with everywhere being clean. The food menu has a great range which should satisfy everyone, including people with more specific dietary requirements. Portion sizes are large and the presentation good. The prawn lollypop starter had a lot more prawns that I was expecting making it great value for money, and the fish curry was large with a good level of spice. All the dishes were served quickly, despite us being in a large group. Obviously it’s the cocktails which are the selling and draw point of this place, and they didn’t disappoint. The drinks menu is huge and each one served well, with the some of the cocktails being a theatre! Flavours didn’t disappoint either and for the prices they were good value given the uniqueness. A great evening was had by all and I’d certainly recommend; can’t wait to return myself!"
