"Visited for food this evening. The setting for the restaurant is beautiful. Very cosy and feels elegant. The chairs were really comfortable and the table dressings and small touches really added a sense of class. Cocktails were very well crafted and delicious although priced quite high they really did deliver on unique taste and expert mixology. Everything we ate was delicious, the mains weren't massive but everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The service was friendly and professional from Tracey, Izzy and Callum which all added to what was overall a really special experience. Would recommend and return in a heartbeat."

"I don't often leave reviews but the Galloping Major most certainly deserves one! Myself and my daughter visited the Galloping Major for their tasting menu last week and it was fabulous! The restaurant is beautiful, the staff were very knowledge on the food and wine and made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable and the food was delicious! I cant wait to go back and try the afternoon tea!"
