"If I could rate a 0 I would. Absolutely appalling, over 2 hours I have been waiting for just a milkshake and waffle. Milkshake tasted disgusting and was just ice cream. Do not order! Surprised it is still open with the amount of bad reviews."

"if i could give this place no stars i would but it’s not possible so a one star it is. me & my family had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our desserts to be delivered, a good two hours wait it was. i have heard about countless horrible encounters that people have had with kandy kraze but i still decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. however, you can now add me onto the list of people who have had horrible experiences with this place. the only thing that tasted decent was the vanilla ice cream as it would taste at any dessert place. the desserts we ordered were mediocre. my chocolate cake came stale and i couldn’t even bring myself to eat it, after paying £7 for custard and cake i wanted to really enjoy it but that chocolate cake had been sitting there for a good few weeks beforehand. my kids were not pleased with their cookie doughs either, never again! do NOT order from here."
"Don't bother ordering unless you mind waiting nearly 2 hours. On their Ubereats page it states delivery is 10-30 minutes, but they change it as soon as you have paid. I waited nearly 2 hours for 2 waffles, still didn't arrive so rang and the girl said they hadn't even been sent out yet so had to cancel cause my partner had to go to work, then had the cheek to try and still charge me for them!"
