"Very bad customer service! I'm appalled at the service provided by this takeaway. I ordered a diet Pepsi and was given a Pepsi instead, special instructions were given for the burgers but they didn't follow them. 1 burger was done right but the second was splashed with hot spicy sauce and smelt inedible like it was expired. Also smothered around the box even on the outside! I've never had this experience before at any other takeaway I'm shocked. I phoned the takeaway to which they were apologetic at all and said they were out of stock which is a joke because it shouldn't be available on uber eats if not available. They finally offered replacement food which never arrived and when phoned to ask 2 hours later where the food was, the guy put the phone down. I won't be ordering again"
