"Used to be great. Had a fall out as they took my order to the wrong house and tried to give it me cold 1 hour later and now won’t refund me as they say I have to do it online however there is no option it says call the restaurant. Thick drivers have one job to deliver food to the right door but it appears way to difficult as this is not this first time as we order weekly!"
"Food hasn't turned up... waited an hour and fifty minutes for the food, before, calling to see if it was out for delivery. They said yes. Thirty five minutes after delivery still not turned up. Called several time and got no answer. Absolutely disgraceful service."
"Delivery slightly late, My notes explained buzzer doesn't work. Delivery driver didn't read, was very rude shouting at the car park and woke up my neighbours. Called the takeaway, staff was apologetic. Very shocked at his behaviour, we do not want to see him here again. Food was ok."
