"The food is delicious and fresh every single time. HOWEVER being served today by an employee called Pradip was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. He was also unreasonable with serving myself and witnessed another customer who he had no compassion for. Meanwhile the other colleagues stood by and watched and resumed doing their jobs. From Pradip's terrible customer service, it has lead me to not shop from this particular wasabi again. Funny how sarcasm and bad customer service can get the store a bad reputation."

"I love Wasabi and this is my fav/most visited branch. It's better than some of the others because they have the hot food 'fresh' in the canteen style display, rather than in other branches where they pre make the bento boxes and keep them hot in a display unit. They serve super fast, have a really organised system for when it's busy, and the food is always of a high quality. Tofu curry is my all time fav but the vegan sushi selection boxes are great too. The seaweed onigiri ball is great for a substantial snack. I do miss the days when they sold more individually wrapped sushi so you could put together your own box though, that was way more fun!"

"Decent Sushi takeaway. Staff always friendly. Be aware that if you go on in late in the day selection can be limited. Have increased prices quite significantly recently (about 17% on medium/large sushi assortment box - Kyoto)."
