Banzai Sushi

"Ordered food here about 2-3 weeks ago, once it hadn’t showed up after 45 mins I called the store. Took ages to get to speak to someone, eventually heard there was an issue with the delivery and they were sending someone new out. In total took over 1 hour to get my food. I was promised a refund when speaking to the guy in the shop. I have obviously not received said refund and all communication tries have been ignored so far. Not up to standard on professionality"

"Ordered on Uber eats, 32 pounds for a ramen and gyoza, 1+1 free offer on the ramen. Delivery was 3 hours late, no way to contact the restaurant and no follow ups from their side. Was told I'll be receiving a free extra ramen for compensation and did not receive it, only got what was ordered. The delivery guy said there's a free dessert inside and guess what, that too was not there. Apart from this, the food itself was stinking and the egg tasted rotten and I almost threw up. The gyoza was bad too. They keep saying the manager will speak to me but I don't know if he ever will. Worst experience, will never order again and I suggest you don't either."

"Ordered through deliveroo, called them several times as the order was about to be an hour late. 3 minutes before the hour (which is the time the app gives for cancellation), they updated the app saying it had been delivered when it hadn't, so I couldn't cancel and get a refund anymore. Half an hour later the delivery arrived at 23pm (1.30h late overall, 2h since ordered), only to find they delivered the wrong items and the food was so cold I couldn't even eat it. I've tried asking for a refund through the app but since they use their own drivers, they can't help. Honestly, don't bother ordering here, both waste of time and money."

"Order a late night supper, the order was sent fast but the food is not even up to standard . Eel teriyaki donburi-is just onion with 5 little strips of eel meat and onion . The ramen is not even ramen at all . I need my money back. For all the food in the photo I spend £44.50 with a discount ."
