"I lived in Japan for a few years and am quite picky, so I tried a few things at Shinobi. The takoyaki was quite good, although I was a bit disappointed by the nigiri sushi (I felt the rice was too hard and the cuts of fish too thin). The sushi rolls (salmon avocado and California) were better. Room for improvement as a new restaurant I guess! Reviews on their website say their katsu is good, so that might be their strong suit. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the place was clean!"
