"I ordered food online today and the food was so bad! the tuna in the sushi was gone off, smelled and taste awful. the rice of the sushi was too cooked and all the maki I ordered were too soft and horrible to eat. the edamame were old and tasted bad. food in general pretty bad. I am so disappointed as i wasted so much money to get terrible food. never again, would not recommend."
"The place is clean. As a resturant the ambience was not warm, however the staff are warm and welcoming. The food was tasty. The portions are moderate in size, it will allow sharing. My recommendations are for the wings to worth the price charged 1. The wings should not only be the flat piece 2. The tip of the wing should be remove. The food was nicely presented. I will definitely be going back."
"If I could give it a 0 I would. Seafood ramen Veg tempura Salmon nigiri The ramen was just terrible. All of the noodles were stuck together and massively overcooked. You could bite into them like a noodle patty. The tempura was dripping wet and soggy. I tried to save it by frying again but it was too far gone. I explained the error to them and they kindly sent out fresh ones. The ramen was terrible AGAIN, as was the tempura. Same story as before so I sent back without payment. I then get a call from an employee who patronises me about ramen. I thank him for the lesson but explained that ramen shouldn't stick to the wall when thrown at it. He then demands payment for the ramen and tempura which is in my kitchen bin.... Safe to say I didn't eat dinner and they didn't receive payment. Honestly terrible. The salmon nigiri was average. We'll call that compensation."
"Very, very good, not yet great. Very welcome addition to this part of Lower Sydenham. Some portion sizes seemed a bit small (salt and chili squid) but the big box probably didn't help! Also if you like Katsu sauce with your Katsu chicken ( who doesn't?), make sure your order that rather than the bento that has no sauce ( though they kindly gave me some when I asked). Food was all well cooked and tasty. Seemed to be struggling a bit to get the orders out in time but probably due to popularity which is a good thing! Looking forward to trying the sushi..."
