"Big fan of their chicken noodle soup for lunch. Was always enjoying it indoors. Took it away to have it in the park and it seemed like the chicken was not fresh as well as the proportion of the components was not the same as when I was ordering it to eat in. I believe some more control from management would be needed to ensure a bowl to take away is done per same rules as for eating in."

"Nicely presented Itsu outlet, simple, stylish - just a stone’s throw from the station and not too far from the Centre Court Shopping Centre. Food moderately priced. Ample seating with views towards the high street and the railway station. Order food via interactive screens and collect at service counter. We had their salmon full house sushi tray, chicken teriyaki and gyoza miso soup. Soup was lukewarm when we got it – would have preferred it piping hot. The restaurant team and counter staff were extremely polite, eager to help and very cheerful. Overall this place is adequate. It’s a good pit-stop for meals after a bout of shopping."

"Update: disappointed on my second visit that my server seemed unbothered and messed up my order when I specifically said gyoza I received noodle soup instead which I must say was absolutely horrible their sushi is great had that too but the things other then that just avoid. The miso and noodles tasted awful, when their for 8 fried gyozas ended up with steamed gyozas in disappointing miso soup. Was it good yeah it was as expected from itsu. Loved the little bottle of soya sauce, instead of those peel off soya sauce packs. The food is better fresh but on the go takeaway Is also convenient and easy. The staff were welcoming even if it was just for a brief second. Hope to be back soon for more of the menu items."

"10 + for seating area decor and for the Thai Chicken rice which consists of lightly grilled chicken pieces, green peas, shredded carrots and red cabbage, rocket leafs, and finely chopped spring onions and beansprouts on a bed of flavourful rice in a beautiful brown 'earthenware' type bowl. Equalling the well prepared dish is the good customer service. And that beautiful tray for serving the food. Excellent view. Outside seating and wheelchair accessible entrance. Allergen dietary requirements can be discussed with a member of staff.
