Ordered of deliveroo then went to collect and saw advertisements for buy one get one free on Mondays and asked if they would honor it but they responded with “it’s not our fault you’re stupid for not doing your research and started verbally abusing me when I asked for my refund. I was told I couldn’t have a refund as I ordered through deliveroo!!!! Disgusting customer service. Such rude staff"
