"Cold food. What’s the point in ordering cold food when you pay for hot food? I live less than 5 minutes away and they deliver cold food. I ring and the arrogant person on the other end shouts at me making me shout back then saying “why order from us if your food is that bad” well guess what? You won’t be getting another order with a bad attitude like that. You need closing down. I will be reporting this to the local council who provide the licence to trade. Disgusting."
