"Very poor. No service. Stood waiting for 5-10 minutes for someone to take out order. Wouldn’t have lasted that long normally but someone really wanted their pizza. Even they got annoyed and we left. Don’t go here."

"I used to really enjoy reading here, so was glad that it was open again. However, we didn't have a great experience. The waitor gave us no eye contact, barely communicated with us, and when we asked for sauces basically chucked them across the counter. It felt like a racist, Islamophobic experience as he seemed to make eye contact with other customers just fine. I haven't had that experience in a very loooong time. To top it off the food want that hot and drinks had very little options, most of which were sugar free."

"Dirty, filthy and a very rude useless manager! Will be contacting local food agency. Manager hasn’t got a clue and shouldn’t be allowed out of the zoo! Restaurant is filthy especially around the salad bar. Manager pretty much spits over the food too. Also no toilets and get told to go to M&S….worst experience in a restaurant…Avoid like the plague"
