"I usually love heswall dominos and never had any issues but accidentally ordered from there tonight. As a Student I have two dominos stores saved on the app and I forgot to switch to my uni one. The staff, while I was on the phone to them to cancel my order, laughed at me, mocked me and said how stupid I was. Very disrespectful and down right rude. Sort your staff out."
"Shocking experience Heswall Dominos ordered on line via app what a joke told 25 minutes arrived to collect at 35 minutes to be told another 20 minutes, returned to be told hadn't started. Other clients experiencing same problem. Asked for refund told would take 3 to 5 days. Manager had disappeared into the back left staff at front to deal with the complaints."
