"The best sushi in the UK that I've tried. Warm, friendly atmosphere with brilliant service. Watching the talented chefs prepare your sushi right in front of you is such a brilliant experience. The quality of the food is also second to none! We tried so many things from the menu and when we couldn't choose anything else, they made us something special based on what we liked best. Just such a brilliant meal/experience"
"Such a beautiful experience. My friend and I came and visited Gaijin on Saturday. We arrived late because of traffic and the lack of parking. We were welcomed with open arms. The service was amazing. If you want fresh, handcrafted sushi, please visit here. Our waiter and the sushi chef were always ready to answer our questions and everything about the platter we ordered. We even had extra sushi on the house. We definitely will be going again. One piece of advice I would give is, open the window blinds. From the outside, it may look closed. Great experience and vibe. A great space, used very well."
"This restaurant is one of the best for me now. The food is delicious and absolutely perfect. I even noticed a difference in the structure of rice, it is perfectly cooked! Salmon bellies, guncans, rolls, mochi. Loved everything about this restaurant: atmosphere, chefs, food, menu choice. Thank you for your effort !"
"The best Japanese restaurant I’ve been to in the UK, coming from an Asian. The food was really nice, the staff were super friendly and polite, and the atmosphere was on point. Highly recommend the salmon, the surf clam and the sweet prawns sashimi. Only thing I would recommend would be putting the chopsticks horizontal to the customer, which is done in Japan, to give it a more authentic vibe."
