"Usually they do nice pizza but this one all the cheese wasn’t spaced out and the topping went on the other side the oil on the pizza box wasn’t the best look, they offered half refund which was £8.50 But for £17 I was expecting allot more"

"The online system was off The girl who was running the shift refused to take my order over the phone and said that they don't cover my area I only live within a mile I ask for a collection instead she told me no collection after 10 but it was only 9:30 Very rude customer service shame on the store manager and the above management for the way they train their staff"

"Good service, hot food was great. Our boys had a large kids meal which was enough for them. Kids not impressed with the ice cream factory tho, not like it used to be, only two topping available which were boaring ones and hardly and sauce available either."

"Friendly staff. Option for collection or delivery. With collection you can earn a second large pizza for free! I think it's a great deal. I'm satisfied with the quality of their fast food. My favourite - and never been disappointed with- the pepperoni one. Once we ordered for delivery. The pizza arrived within time, was piping hot! The location is so where between Bootle and Aintree. A few more businesses on site, with free parking."

"Not very good. Pizza was that thin you could almost see through it and it was cold. I think they must be running out of cheese because there was hardly any on the pizza and the garlic bread only had cheese on 2 of the slices. Sometimes the pizza is great so I think more training is needed for the staff to make the quality levels more consistent."
