"Over 2 hours for delivery when it was estimated to be 60 minutes, rang them to find out what was happening, man who answered phone spoke very poor English and then a second man took over who could speak well, but couldn’t find my order, asked me what we had ordered and then said it’s on its way, it’s already in the car, which I don’t believe with how long it took to arrive after the phone call. Food itself wasn’t that great it was was warm though. It was our first time ordering from there and will be our last, disappointed. Having read some of the other reviews on here I’m sure they will just say ‘it was a really busy night’, that seems to be there favourite response, if your always that busy get more staff and stop making excuses. Your running a business, fix the problems, take responsibility."
