"One of the dishes was cold and they still added it to the bill. The server really didn't want to take it off the bill and made a poor excuse that made zero sense about the hot item coming out of the freezer. Finally when I refused to pay for a tip he got the message that I was annoyed and funnily enough the manager took the cold item off. Won't do right by me until it affects his tip. Not cool."

"Went for a midweek meal with family, the server was really nice and patient, all drinks and food came in good time. The restaurant wasn’t busy at 6:30, so wasn’t too noisy. The food was good, as you expect from pizza express. Been here a few times, never disappointed. Signed up to the app and got free dough balls !"
