"Exceptional, accomodating staff. Good menu and prices. Lots of seating space. Clean place. Toilets upstairs. Quick service. Nice spot to visit for coffee and food in O2"
"Absolutely wonderful meal, I went late afternoon (my first time ever going) and as soon as I got there I was presented with wonderful customer service and shown to my table. Me and my partner got offered a lemon juice which was such a good way to start off the meal, we sat and ordered drinks, then food - starter was fondue. - mains - pollo e roquito pepe and mushroom and truffle calzone. Both starter and main were absolutely lovely. The pizza had onions on (I’d asked for it not to) and they changed it very quickly. The reason it is 4 stars not 5 is because I showed my taste card and the boss/manager said ‘you can’t use that today’ although I was told at the door I could, but he let us eventually, he just seemed very rude, me and my partner weren’t dressed smart as we had gone last minute but he seemed to have quite a judging look when he looked/engaged with us, be he left not long after. However due to the 2 staff members (Maria and Scott) being so polite and fast with everything the meal went perfectly So a huge thank you to Maria and Scott!!"
"Great option amongst all the restaurants within the O2. When choosing an Italian there are so many options with other chains but I was pleasantly surprised with ASK Italian in the O2. Staff were very friendly and waitressing team were attentive. I had a chicken and prosciutto pizza which was delicious. Unfortunately the QR code said a couple of the menu items weren’t available but when ordering the traditional way, the team made sure we could order what we originally wanted! Overall great little spot, nice decor with “outside” seating available. Always a good option if you are in the O2 area and looking for an Italian!"
"The food was superb. The staff were very polite and friendly and the service was quick. I tried the vegan No'Duja Vegana as I'd not had one before. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was an amazing pizza! My reason for 4 stars not 5 is there was a very shrill beep that happened every minute, this went on for about 30 mins, until I asked a waiter what it was. They said they didn't know, but would look into it."
"Mixed feelings about here. Was a busy night as a gig was on, but surely they are used to this? Firstly, waiter had an out of control bottle of prosecco, not his fault I know, but we lost probably half a glass down him and the floor... I was expecting a new bottle, but nope, served us and went off leaving a puddle in the floor He was a nice bloke though and was attentive after this. A different one though, balding, he was just plain rude. Bought the starters over, didn't ask who was having what, just plonked them down and ran off. When bringing mains, didn't ask if we wanted anything else, just plonked down and ran off so we had to almost shout.. can we have pepper! The pasta dish my wife had was just not very pleasant, stodgy is the word we would use Folded garlic bread starter, just seems odd, it's a normal bread but have folded the sides on it, not sure why. My pizza was nice enough, the fizz was nice, but it all could be better. To order food, you scan a QR code. Great, let's get a drink while we decide what to it. Tried, but apparently our table didn't exist .. tried again, same issue. Ok maybe they just come and take our order... Appears not as 10 minutes on and still no order. Grab a waiter, this was due to them not opening the table or something and once he did this (although didn't come.back to say it had been done) we could order away. Overall, just left feeling like it could all be better. Toilets are lovely, that's the best bit."
