"Made 3 orders in thr last couple of months. First one arrived and the pizza had been dropped, fair enough they said I could order again for free, which was correct. 3rd one came and was the wrong order. Twice I've paid and twice its been wrong. Also getting through to store on the phone is close to impossible. Disappointing considering the price."

"Ordered from this store one for the first time and had awful experience. First they sent me the wrong order. I immediately called the store. The lady I spoke to said she can't do anything and they are busy so can't send me the correct order. Then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for refund. She said she would get back once the Manager is back. It's been more than 12 hours and I haven't heard back. "This place is garbage. I ordered two pizzas. 40 minutes later, my pizzas arrive and one is burnt. I called up and they say they'll send a replacement. 45 minutes later there's still no pizza. I call up and they said the replacement order was never processed, but they'll have a pizza to me in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later and still no pizza. I call up again, and they say the pizza is on it's way. It's two hours now since I placed my original order and all I have is a cold, burnt pizza. I ask for a refund. 25 minutes later, another burnt pizza arrives at my door... What an absolute joke."
