Pizza Hut Delivery

"Ordered pizza for Iftar, accidently I ordered the wrong one but Abdul sent me another one within minutes and this time the right one. It was my fault to start with Abdul did his best to help."

"I went in to collect a couple times, counter sticky with bits of hair stuck to it. Damp floors and walls, I could smell the unhygienic air from the moment I walked in. Malik was extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service from all employees. I’m certain they were Managers which makes it that much worse. Now the pizza, I don’t know if they overcooked it or undercooked it but it was disgusting, it wasn’t cut properly it was greasy and the Jalapeño’s didn’t taste right and I saw him adding them after the pizza came out of the oven (only for him to put it back in hence the crust being burnt). There were toppings on there which I didn’t ask for and the crust had some type of seasoning powder (garlic maybe) which I didn’t ask for. I asked for a diet Pepsi with my order, paid and then was told that it is out of stock, I told him I was diabetic and he then had the cheek to ask me if I want a normal Pepsi??? Overall terrible experience would not recommend."

"Ordered 2 pizzas for new years eve as a treat. Gave room for a one hour wait as I assumed it would be busy but the pizzas never came. Noone answered the phone for at least days. I had paid for this with my card so no way to instantly get my money back. I ended up spending money on food again elsewhere otherwise I would've been left starving. Once I got through to the store I spoke to the useless manager who did nothing to help accept give me a number to customer service which was now invalid. Customer services were useless and had the cheek to give me a 10% off discount code as compensation, as if I'd want to spend my money with them again. Well.... Fast forward a month or two I did end up spending money with them again. This time I went into store where everything looked so unhygienic and a very strange attitude with staff which then suspiciously changed to very nice before leaving. Ordered 2 pizzas again. Pizza was actually very well done this time and looked great. Only issue was having a raging stomach ache the next day. Think I'm done with this branch. Another pizza hut on the blacklist"

"Very poor experience from ordering to the actual pizza, if the pizza was remotely good then I'd probably not leave a review. The guy taking my order had very poor communication skills and it took 5 minutes to order 3 pizzas. Finally when the order was ready after 25 minutes waiting for collection, once I took it home the slices weren't cut, the base was overcooked and tough, the toppings were burnt and had a bitter taste. Usually this same order from another branch is obliterated in no time but these pizzas are hanging around like a bad smell. Called the branch and the manager was meant to call back in 5 minutes, waited 30mins I called back and now he's left. I should have looked at these reviews as there's clearly a pattern and there's no effort in changing things. Strange that pizza hut would get the basics so wrong."

"It took 40 mins to be delivered 300m. (Didn’t want to go and collect. Sleeping baby) one of the worst pizzas I have eaten. Farmhouse, and super supreme with garlic bread. No flavour, undercooked and doughy and how can you not slice a pizza! Honestly one slice was a quarter pizza and the other was no bigger than a knife."
