"Lovely place and the food was really good. Prices were ok if we take into account that it’s London. The wine we had was good and really nice with the pizzas. We created an account and downloaded the all to get the free dough balls which were nice. We didn’t use the restroom, but the restaurant was clean. Service was very good. The waitress made sure we were enjoying everything. I think it was her first day or one of the firsts and nothing bad to say about her service. Congrats! We would definitely recommend."

"Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Pretty much the same as all the other pizza expresses. Skip the starters as they are over priced and so small. If you come regularly I’d recommend getting the pizza express app as you can get a free side, free refer friend starter and free dough balls (what we did) after each visit if you fill out the survey. Overall the pizzas were very nice, I had the paneer one which was very unique. I would come back."

"The service started off great, but eventually ended up being very poor. We had constant moaning from the Latvian waitress about the service from the kitchen staff. It was quite annoying to hear the complaints from the waitress. Orders were not being fulfilled correctly either. The mains coming 15 minutes before the starters. Ordered a gelato with 2 scoops, only received 1 scoop but charged full price for 2 scoops. Substitutions not made correctly either on the pizza. Charged twice on the credit card as waitress couldn't differentiate that payment had already been made. General manager refused a refund for the duplicate payment. Servers bringing food out to the tables couldn't correctly state what was being served on the table, instead joking with the customers that at least they knew what was being served. Overall a pretty poor dining experience. All the poor negative reviews show bad rapport in this restaurant. They need to get their act together really."

"After spending £6.50 on a pint of larger close by, I needed to take stock of my life. A pizza was the cure! Even though it was packed, we got sat and served soon as we sat. Pizza as always, was thin and crispy, and super lovely. Close to Liverpool St station."

"No, this was not good. We ordered one pizza to go. Took almost 40 min to get it. Was told 20/25 min. The pizza didn’t look good, I ordered thin and crispy but it was soggy. Nothing of the ingredients stood out. Was like a child meal. And almost 20 pounds for one pizza to go. Think that is very overpriced… Why not one star is because the staff was actually super nice and friendly."
