"We quickly noticed the service was very disorganized. It clearly stemmed from the manager who doesn't have a grasp of their team. We were able to pick up their frustration and even heard comments from them. They seemed to not want more customers to come in and we're getting upset about it. After we were seated, we firstly asked the manager to be served and they said 'she is coming'... it took 20mins for us to grab their attention to serve us. The whole experience was horrible and we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I would say there were only 1 out of 6 waiters who were actually nice, the rest were rude. The food and drinks were okay. The pizzas were soggy on the bottom, something I only expect when delivered. The initial idea was to have a cute date - mains, dessert and drinks. But I had to find somewhere else for dessert and drinks."

"Favourite pizza chain! Love the sourdough base and that they have a very good white pizza on the menu! I feel that the size has shrunk or that there are fewer toppings but the pizzas are still good value for quality. Came here a few times for dine in and take away. One time they accidentally gave me someone else’s order. I didn’t realise until I got home. Got a call from the manager to apologise and help us sort out everything. Great customer service!"

"Do not order online!! We are regulars at the restaurant as we love it but fancied a takeaway tonight as my wife is 9 months pregnant.. but what a disappointment! We called to ask to change a topping, they said it wasn’t possible due to stock control (!?) and then delivered us a pizza with a topping we did not order (anchovies on a vegan pizza!). So they did change a topping, but one we absolutely did not want and cannot eat. What a joke. Worst customer service ever and they did not even apologise when we called to complain or offer a new pizza. Just go in or get your takeaway pizza elsewhere!"

"I was told that Franco Manco served good pizza and so even when I was not a big fan of the same I went there. I was not at all impressed by the pizza esp the base dough. Lager beer was average. A bit disappointed. May go once."
