"Ordered food at 18.30. Still not delivered and cannot contact store as they have disconnected number."
"Ordered our meal it was confirmed and then got an email to say it was cancelled. Tried to ring the store but wouldn't even ring. Just kept saying call ended. Went to my bank account to see my money for the meal had been taken. Customer service shuts at 5pm so no help at all with this. Not happy and will never go back here again"

"Ordered food for delivery on Friday 6th October at 6 15 pm. At 6 45 I received a phone call saying it would be a further half an hour which was fine. At 7 20 still no food. My wife rang and was told it would be at least another 45 min. When she asked why she was told, because they had too many orders. If we wanted we could go and collect. If we wanted to do this they would then start making our food. We were fuming. An hour and 5 mins and they hadn't even started to make the food we'd already paid for on PayPal. To make it worse the guy on the phone didn't apologise or even seen bothered. Steer clear. That's if you want to have your food delivered. Absolute disgrace. I'd have given them 0 stars of I could."
