"Myself and 5 others from my work decided to head to papa John’s for our “fat Friday” lunch. Presuming it would be busy we all booked on the app 20 minutes prior to walking to collect. As soon as we arrive into the store we are greeted with a rude attitude saying they are taking no walk in orders. We stated we booked online 30 minutes ago, however we were ignored. Moments later he then asked what we are “still doing in the store”, to which we again explained we are waiting for our pizza and had ordered it 30 minutes. Eventually after another 10 minutes wait we revived all our food. The pizza was perfect, and tasted great. Just a shame the customer service was not acceptable."
"Staff are rude and ignorant, Don't speak or understand English language very well, service is slow , food is slow to come but when it finally is given it is all that I expect from Papa John's very tasty although for the price not much toppings."

"I have ordered from the Papa John's from this branch in Farringdon and the one on Upper Street many times and they have never failed to deliver. Pizza quality is always up to standard and the delivery time is always within 30 minutes. There was only one time from Farringdon where the pizza took just over 30 mins to arrive (think they need more delivery drivers). I just wish Papa John's brings some of their old menu items back like the Tandoori Chicken topping and the Chicken Burger Pizza. If so I would be ordering from them more."
