"During our vacation, we had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Express and it was an incredible experience. The menu offered a great selection of pizzas and we were blown away by the quality of the food. Service was exceptional. Highly recommended!"
"The service was appalling when I visited (and the restaurant was fairly quiet with only about 3 other tables with customers). As the customer, I had to get up and go to the back of the restaurant to ask for someone to take our order, as after being seated our table was left unattended for a prolonged period of time. There appeared to be multiple waiters sitting at the back of the restaurant, away from the customers, having their break. The waiter who eventually took our order was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately he did not seem to be familiar with the dishes and drinks on the menu. He struggled to name the dishes and drinks when he brought them to our table. Another customer who arrived after us got their food before our table. The food was pretty good, although one of the pizzas was overdone by the chef. (We were offered another if it was not satisfactory). When it came to paying the bill, once again there were no waiters around. As customers, we had to get up to find someone to pay for our meals. Tables where other customers had sat and left were not cleaned up and left dirty for a long time, making the atmosphere unpleasant to dine in. The service at this restaurant needs improving. I suggest staff are retrained on how to serve customers and attend to tables."

"Nice meal out with family. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was as good as I've had at Pizza Express (which is reliably tasty). Great selection of food for someone with an egg allergy (I was able to have gelato for pudding for once)."
"Ordered via deliveroo after a long day at work. Two cold flabby undercooked pizza’s arrived at the end of the road. (I had to find them) apparently they left the restaurant perfectly cooked!!! Really disappointing"
