"Ordered from Pizzahut, Abbeyville Road, SW4, delivery driver rude, ordered half and half, no cheese on one half but came with no cheese at all, called up but was told it was my fault they don’t do cheese on half and half if one half doesn’t want it….WHAT? Order half and half many time and had cheese on one half, but hey fine will never order from them again!!!"

"Terrible Pizza Hut. My girlfriend and my friends wanted to order some pizzas to be delivered for my birthday. Instead we were told we have to pick them up from the shop. When we cancelled, two minutes after the order was made, we were still charged. When we tried repeatedly call back to then reorder, they didn’t pick up. We also didn’t get a refund. We spent £60 for no pizza and no refund on my birthday. What’s even worse is when we contacted customer service they said that they couldn’t issue a refund because the pizza was wasted. If the pizza was cooked in 2 minutes between the time the order was made and the time we cancelled, that has to be the fastest pizza made in history! I do not recommend anyone to order from Pizza Hut. Even the restaurants are pretty rubbish now anyway. There are plenty of better pizza places to get your pizza from in Clapham. Don’t waste your time or money on Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service, terrible management , terrible pizza now. Not worth it. Try papa johns or home slice. Way way better ! Pizza Hut is rubbish, not worth the effort !"

"I had to order 90 pizzas for a very large event and Oneeb the manager was very accommodating. The pizzas were delivered on time, still very hot and he also offered a great price for such a large order. We will definitely use them again."

"The food is always really good but the delivery drivers keep keep getting lost which is why I only give three stars (just updated to four stars for the pizza chefs and store manager). I am writing a review to praise the current store manager (sorry I forget your name - Adnam? ) who has come to deliver personally twice now as his last driver just gave our dinner away to some random address last night. He turned up smiling and very apologetic although it was not his fault his staff cannot follow Google maps or call back the delivery order number. Thank you for a lovely lunch Mr brilliant store manager"

"The quality of food is average at best and the cost is relatively high given that factor. There's a premium for the brand and the convenience of the service undoubtedly. That said, the 30 minutes or so it took for the pizza I ordered to be delivered on a Sunday night was more than reasonable. It was hot when it arrived as well. The reason I won't regularly order from Pizza Hut despite its close proximity to my flat is the price of the food relative to the average-at-best quality. It's a last resort if I'm to order food late at night."
