"This place has gone down hill, just ordered my pizza and tell me why there was a piece of hair in it? Wish I could upload a picture and they even managed to get my order wrong. Rung up the place and this guy told me to call him back in 15 mins with no further explanation but a big sigh. Never again, disgusting"
"1 hour has passed and it hasn't arrived, I called them and they told me that in 3 minutes the worst joke arrives ..... I sit and think what it's like to eat a Piţa made an hour ago, it shows bad and taste is awful goodbye papajohns."
"Order had taken over 1:30hr to come, incorrect pizza (completely wrong) missing drinks, the store finally picked up after I called them for over 30 minutes, sent a replacement pizza and the drinks back out which had taken over an hour to arrive. Upon arrival the driver had no drinks so I called the shop who advised they was sending me them back out and again this was over an hour ago and I’m still waiting for the drinks."
"What happened to this place !! We were regulars from it first opening and pizzas were amazing . We stopped ordering after the quality dropped and hadn’t ordered for over a year . Placed an order today (it’s been a year , surely things have changed) the food was exactly the same (if not worse) . Pizzas are so doughy that you end up with what looks like medium due to the thickness of crust , toppings were wrong , hardly any sauce , so dry . Didn’t get any better with sides (chicken was crunchy) jalapeños bites were all coating with nothing inside . No dips , no pizza sauce tubs . Will never order again . Avoid as it doesn’t ever get better ."
"Our order took an hour and a half to arrive - when it arrived it was wrong so went to tell the driver before he left. He said he knew it was wrong, but gave it to us anyway without saying anything. We rang the takeaway to get the correct order delivered - this took another hour and a half. I didn't want my pizza by the time it arrives (11:15pm). After complaining they offered a £5 voucher, which I won't use because I don't want to order from there again. Its not the first time we have had issues with this branch."
