"Order dominos today at 12.10pm for deliverey, the pizza came at 1.20pm over hour of waiting time and when it came it was burnt. When paying between £30-40 for pizza i would expect it on time and not burnt. Disappointed in the customer service and won't be ordering from this branch anytime soon again."
"Ordered a double decadence a few weeks back and got a standard base.... Then ordered a double decadence again on 10/08/2021 and received correct base but they seemed to have forgot the garlic and herb sauce which is in between the bases that actually make it a double decadence. Delivery is always prompt and pizza is hot but, as you're paying extra for a base, please get it right or at least put some flipping sauce on the middle!"
"Recently ordered a pizza from here, the order took an hour to arrive despite the store being 5 minutes drive away from me. The food was Luke-warm and somewhat stale and after a check call made to the store to ask where our pizza was the delivery guy turned up in a taxi! Not a very professional image and given the tardy response time I'd say he was doing taxi jobs on the side. I always liked dominos but the quality of this particular branch has dropped considerably in the last few years and its unacceptable considering the prices charged. I'll be using a competitor in the future."
