"I love writing 5 stars positive reviews, but this place has really bad customer service. I called on the phone asking to order gluten-free pizza. I was told that I have to order in-store as gluten-free pizza can be ordered on the phone. I then drove to the Domino's shop and told them that I called them 10-15 minutes ago wanting to order gluten-free pizza. The staff were extremely neglected and did not care about giving us any given-free pizza. We spoke with 3 - 4 different people who refused to make us the pizza as it should have been ordered on the website, even though we were told to come in the shop and order. After 5 minutes of silly debate, we told the staff that we will not order anything due to the terrible customer service and the aggressive refusal from the staff."
"Ordered a bunch of pizzas for my sons birthday party. We had meat eaters veggies and chicken & wedgie lovers so I had to order a large amount of food with lots of variety. Dominos you did not let me down. All the guests were chuffed with their food it was piping hot on arrival and amazing kind delivery driver who dropped it off. Thankyou kindly"
"Food took 2 hours to be delivered (90 mins of that was sat in the back of the drivers car). Had to repeatedly keep ringing up to be told it’s 5 mins away each time and driver is stuck in traffic, couldn’t use the app to track as they marked it as delivered (presumably so it boosts the stores stats). Last two calls I had confirmed that I should take the (cold) pizza and they would fully refund me and this will take 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I have received no refund and they are ignoring my emails."
