"Had the same experience as Andy with a Calzone which was under baked. When I reported it on my next visit, I was told that I should have brought it straight back and wasn't offered any compensation. So whilst most of the food is good, obviously some improvement is required, but customer service definitely needs improvement."
"I ordered on Uber eats, it came quickly a few minutes later, it was all hot and fresh, they provided lots of cutlery, salt, and napkins, the coffee didn't spill because it was packaged so well. Recommend! However if you are going into the shop please be aware that you might have to wait a while to be served and don't even bother going there on Saturday nights, its a zoo."
