"At this branch the pizza was good. I added extra cheese as I had quite a few big toppings with the Chicken Club pizza I ordered. So - I needed enough Mozzarella to cover the slices. The UK versions do not have the saucy American style that defined them. That’s difficult to recreate. We are living in a different era and country now. The pizza isn’t oily - the toppings are cooked and taste as it should do. The medium is a good size for me - I usually eat a few slices then save the rest for the following day. It is still edible for me to do this. The potato tots remind me of when we used to sell potato crunchies in this part of the globe. I ordered the bacon and cheese - I‘ve been trying to lesson the red meat in my diet - so this was a one off - personally I didn’t really like it with the bacon - therefore with my next purchase a few weeks later I bought tots with 4 cheese. That was better. However, the cheese tasted a bit caramelised in a very milky way - clearly it’s cheese - so it’s not unheard of it being ‘milky’, but with cheesy dishes at take outs there is more of a heated salty touch to it. With these tots and 4 cheese it was more ‘milky’ - which I didn’t really like. With these cheese inflicted tots haha - you have to expect it to be mashy as everything is hot and melted. Tots are like Hash Browns in the way they can break apart with the culmination of potato parts making it what it is as a whole tater. Overall - I enjoyed my meal and will order again if the time feels right. Please take a look at my visuals for your own judgment before ordering. Hopefully it helps!"

"Lovely pizza. We come here monthly. Tony was super great at helping me correct a mistake with my order. I'll come back just down to how good he was and how friendly. Top gentleman."

"A fully vegetarian order was placed. A philly mushroom pappadia was delivered containing steak. I do not eat steak! Due to a pappadia being a closed pizza, I just bit into it, only to then feel a weird texture in my mouth..to spit it out and find out its steak!. This goes against all my religious beliefs! The manager of the store was unapologetic, and took no accountability, but instead said that I must contact ubereats directly. This was not a matter of getting £6 back, it is something much deeper than that. They have completely crossed the line with vegetarian and non-vegetarian . Absolutely disgusted and will never be ordering from Papa John's ever again! They cannot be trusted!"

"Pictures say it all really. First picture is the one on the website, 2nd is what I received. I don't expect food to look like the marketing images... But where is the icing and why are they burnt to smithereens? And these came with an 'approved seal' meaning they had passed a quality check..."

"Update 8th March 2020. Ordered again after a long period. Another bad experience. Surprise, surprise! Placed order, one hour later no pizza. Called to complain. Person I spoke to said it's on way, bye and put phone down. Male on phone was very rude and unapologetic. Pizza arrived 15 minutes later. Luke warm pizza and potato tots like a slab of slate. (SEE IMAGES ATTACHED). Didn't bother calling to complain because of how rude they were on the phone to me previously. Just threw it all away. I'll send an email to head office in the hope of getting a refund. Definitely last time I order! Previous review Made the mistake of ordering again. Fourth order wrong in a row. When I told the delivery driver, he just said that others just give him the order and it's not his fault. However I don't see how that helps me. I sent a complaint yet again but didn't get a response. No customer service whatsoever! Unfortunately, they got my order absolutely wrong. I ordered The Greek and it had no olives, sliced pepperoncini, feta or oregano. They even decided to throw on some sweetcorn and some peppers. I sent a complaint under the quality guarantee but involves chasing so I just gave up. Please see attached the image of my pizza which is their version of The Greek. Absolute morons!"
