"Great pizzas with taste & quality no doubt. However, very expensive at a high price all pizzas from small, M, L are high end prices if they can work on a new pricing I'd be a regular instead of every 3months. A large costs £15 or so . If this could be say £12/13 it is dam good to buy every few weeks as I always enjoy there pizzas. Normally i got to pizza village sudbury extra village veg £12 serves 5 people big slice. Pizza parlour if you can take this feedback and lower your prices that would be appreciated."

"Food is amazing but service in Pizza Parlour is terrible. Staff are rude, food always arrives cold, and they never compensate these issues or have never acted on feedback. I once went to collect a pizza being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived in 20 minutes and had to wait another whole hour and the pizza was stone cold."

"Went many years back so thought to try. They were busy, lots of takeaway orders as well so seemed to be doing well. However my experience was not the best. The menu was sticky, so maybe the owners need to refresh or clean, same with the table. Food was tasty. We ordered a starter and then a pizza and side. But got the side 1st and then the starter and then the pizza with far too many olives on it. The staff was under staffed so running around. All staff were cleaning as well as serving and handling the till without washing hands in between as running around. Not end of world, but we did not order any more after noticing that. Just some positive feedback, as a shame the experience was not as good I had years back."

"Vegetarian pizzas. Its about nice veggie pizzas. I went there as tourist. Loved the food. Waiting time is good. Food quality is great. You get good value for money. Price is competitive and you can go there in 10+ group. I would recommend."
