"I ordered a pizza and chicken . But the chicken legs did not have any meat on it. Was all bones. When I called up to the store I said I want to speak to the concern person. He said he is the boss. He was so rude that he refused to help. And not trying to listen to what I said. No good customer service at all. Poor service."

"Abysmal experience, staff were unprofessional and were disrespectful. Once I had received my order I was surprised by how small the burger especially after the expensive price. You are not getting what you pay for, you are getting less. This establishment used to be good but now the standards have decreased largely. AVOID this place, go somewhere else in Hounslow. This restaurant is not worth it, not worth your time nor money. Would give this 0 stars if possible, not coming back to this establishment again."
