Tops Pizza

"Tops pizza (southall) is one of my favourite places for pizza. I am a regular customer here as they offer a wide range of veg and non veg pizzas. People here are crazy about their sides and dips. The fiery chicken wings here are better than the KFC chicken buckets. They not only serve you the tastiest pizzas, but are much affordable when compared to other places operating in a mile or two. The portion size is great and can help you fill your tummy and heart. The staff is well trained, professional and polite with their customers which is a must for retaining the customers like me during busy hours. The priority given to customer satisfaction at tops southall is what made me the a regular visitor. Best time to visit are weekdays to enjoy their pizzas with clean dining (as they are mostly full on weekends and wait time increases). Would love to suggest this place to all my all my vegetarian and non vegetarian friends (including the one looking for halal topping options)."

"I ordered some pizzas recently from here and the experience I had from this shop was atrocious. Firstly, the worker who claimed to be the owner was so rude and lacked any sort of decorum over the phone after I made a simple request. Secondly, the delivery took so long to the point that I had to cancel the order, as I ended up ordering food for my kids from elsewhere . Having been frustrated that food wasn’t coming, the worker who proclaimed to be the owner was yelling at me over the phone like I was to be held responsible for their poor service. I won’t be ordering from here unfortunately."

"Tops Pizza (Southall) is unequivocally the worst place I have ever ordered food from, let alone pizza. Not only are the staff incredibly unprofessional and careless, but I cannot overstate how awful the service generally is. There is little care made into giving you your food as soon as possible, staff will continuously lie about the time remaining as they struggle to balance online/phone orders with customers at the counter. It is absolutely unreasonable that their pizzas take no shorter than 30-35 minutes to be given on usual evenings. Unfortunately, the pizza offered at Tops is perhaps even worse than its abysmal service. The toppings taste bland, the crust resembles somewhat like cardboard, and I haven’t tasted cheese as bad as the standard offered here. I question if these ingredients are fresh at all, or it is that the staff have no idea on how to make a presentable, edible pizza. I have never ordered pizza that smelled so distasteful. The standards of pizza and takeaway is terribly poor in Southall, yet Tops does not even meet this bar. Recently I ordered two pizzas over the counter on a usual evening, only to receive them after more than an hour waiting and both being completely different orders than I had asked. Of course, Tops Pizza is only interested in making money from its customers and does not know how to operate as a respectable business. I cannot recommend enough that people do not buy food from this place. There is a complete lack of regard for what pizza you order. This is a clear health and safety concern and an issue for those who specific dietary requirements. If it is bland, questionably fresh takeaway you are looking for, I implore you look at the hundreds of other terrible businesses that operate within a mile or two of this business. Just avoid wasting your time with these disgraceful people that do not know how to make an edible pizza."

I want to give them -10 out of 10 because they don't even know how to speak to a customer. A customer is the most important person to any business but I see that Tops pizza Southall isn't at all worried about the customers reviews. #I do not recommend this Pizza spot to any of the customer.
