"Ordered via Deliveroo, my order was accepted, yet over an hour later they rang me saying they don’t deliver to my area (they clearly do as have done before). I did ask why it took them over an hour to tell me that and they came out with a number of pathetic excuses. Then went on to not answer calls from Deliveroo as for refund and clicked ‘delivered’ on their side as to make refund all the more difficult. Do not order from here unless you want to be then re ordering an hour later! Also no tracking available so you’re left guessing."

"Very bad customer service. Very clearly ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and the very rude guy gave us 2 chicken burgers. When I went back with the food he called me a liar, talking down to me, started to raise his voice at me in the busy shop infront of customers and proceeded to be very rude. They have messed up the burgers more than once, given the wrong change. They have the worst customer service."
