“Did a telephone call today at 16.30pm to ask for the next available appointment in which I was told by Jay I could be booked in for 17.30pm. Was giving clear instructions of where exactly they were located and Jay was extremely courteous and polite. Arrived 10 mins early, and was greeted by the lovely Leanne. Leanne, I had recognised from previously working in another piercing shop years prior. She spent the time to help me find the appropriate jewellery as they had quite a few colours. All I can say from the start of the procedure to the end, was exceptional she checked throughout to make sure I was comfortable and reassured me the process of the after care. I will definitely be rebooking and adding more piercings as I was so comfortable and felt like my piercer was competent with exactly what she was doing! It was also hygienically clean and spacious. See you in a few months, just either pop in or telephone call.”

“I went to jazz to have my conch and top of my ear pierced. I was abit nervous that it was going to be painful, but jazz made me feel really relaxed, and it wasn't painful at all. I had no problems at all with my piercings and they healed very quickly! Definitely 5 stars! Best piercer in Taunton!”

“Finally got booked in to see Lee after a few recommendations and understanding he has a lovely reputation as a piercer. Been in contact for a while over insta for some advice before finally booking in. Was hoping to get a septum. Felt very comfortable with him, we had good chats as we were getting ready and he was measuring my nose to check it would be straight. Sadly he discovered that my septum anatomy was different to a lot of peoples and it wouldn't be possible to put a good piercing in so after feeling around to double check, honestly recommended not going ahead with it. I was disappointed but grateful for his knowledge and honesty - a lot of other piercers could have just shoved it through despite it hitting some thicker skin and causing issues later on! As we were all ready and in the chair though we managed to get my conch pierced instead, another one I'd been wanting for a while. It was quick and comfortable. We had a good chat about some jewellery to change it with in the future and also further piercing plans. Leigh is a professional who is passionate about his work, enjoys interacting with his customers and wants to pierce as quickly, safely and comfortably as possible. I'm so grateful that I found out the easy way from him genuinely looking out for my well-being that a septum piercing on me would cause me too much discomfort. I highly recommend him for any piercings, especially if you're a bit nervous and it's in a more painful or difficult area. I had the least amount of nerves I think I've ever had and I've had many piercings over my life :) Thanks Leigh! See you again hopefully soon!”

“Felt very well looked after and given clear instructions on what she was doing and how to deal with aftercare. Best part is I'd heard how painful npple piercings are but mine felt absolutely fine within a few hours and I've had none of the issues I've previously had with my other piercings - goes to show that if you go to someone that knows what they're doing, there really isn't anything to be afraid of! She measured so all would be aligned and double checked I was happy with placement. “First time I've visited Mark for a tattoo. He came highly recommended by my son and his friends. The studio is private, extremely clean and very calming. My design was chosen adapted to my requests, all procedures explained and attention to hygiene meticulous. The actual tattoo was relatively pain free. Mark checked regularly that I was comfortable and I felt that my welfare throughout was top priority. To add, the price you pay for the detail and genuine care you recieve, is absolutely well worth it and adds to the whole relaxing, welcoming experience. It was lovely of his wife to make me a cuppa, again making it a very relaxed, stress free experience. I love my tattoo. I'd highly recommend and would rebook knowing I was in safe hands anytime.”
