“absolutely brilliant! It was really easy to book online and the information was really clear. It is easy to find with easy parking nearby. Everyone is so kind and friendly and the reassurance scan we had first was just amazing. We were worried and were totally put at ease - i really believe that feeling calm is hugely beneficial to our baby and Early Life massively helped with this! We have since been for a gender scan which was also amazing and we are looking forward to finding out the gender of our baby by pulling the canons that we bought at Early Life. It is so exciting that they have enabled us to do it that way! Highly recommended”

“From the moment I met Sherif, I knew he was the surgeon for me, his delicate and comforting attitude towards discussing my insecurities and problem areas just made me feel reassured and in safe hands. It was nice to have a surgeon ask what I wanted rather than to be told this is what needs to happen. The team were happy to answer any questions I had on the lead up to surgery and after. The day of my surgery again Sherif was reassuring and took his time to explain everything. The care I received from the team during my stay at Nuffield Bristol was just amazing. I really don't see how there can be many others with his level of skill, knowledge, eye for detail and passion. “I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am with the results after my breast reduction surgery with Elena. For about 3 years a breast reduction was something that I really wanted as I lacked confidence, didn't feel happy within myself and I was suffering with severe back and shoulder pain. Eventually when I plucked up the courage, my parents and I discussed it and arranged a consultation with Elena, from the minute I met her and saw her work I knew I trusted her, I felt reassured about the whole procedure. I had numerous meetings with Elena before the procedure and she made me feel really comfortable with everything as it was and still is my first ever operation. “I am writing this review on behalf of my mum, Josephine Mulligan who had a hip replacement at Bath Clinic in December. We highly recommend Bath Clinic and we cannot thank the staff enough for their expert care they provided throughout mum’s stay and her after care. From the moment we checked in, Zara created such a wonderful first impression of the clinic. Mum’s room was comfortable and clean with adequate facilities and her family were made to feel so welcome whilst visiting. The care from mum’s nurses, Maria and Abigail was first class and they really couldn’t do enough to help mum. We honestly believe they made such a difference to mum’s experience. When being discharged, the pharmacist, Eugene was so thorough and helpful and made sure we totally understood what medicines mum needed to take and when. Once home, we did need to contact Bath Clinic for some after care advice-they we’re so helpful and arranged a same day appointment for us to see an outpatient nurse, Fiona who again was so helpful and very reassuring. We would like to say a big thank you to the nurses and staff at Bath Clinic for their wonderful care and service.”

“I had a SMAS lower facelift with Mr Lee 6 weeks ago, and have just been for my final check up. I couldn't be happier with the result, as people are commenting on how "fresh" my appearance is, rather than unnatural. My jowls have 'gone', which was my main concern. Our journey with LWC in Bristol was quite long, but throughout Dr Spiros, Louise and Margaret were thorough and compassionate. Attending the clinic, we were always greeted warmly and put at ease before any treatment was undertaken. They went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly and were very accommodating with appointment times and telephone calls. We can't thank the team enough for their help and kindness. “As an NHS patient, total hip replacement surgery was carried out on 22/11/2022 and I returned home on the afternoon of the 25th. Without exception, everyone that I encountered at Sulis was considerate, caring, helpful and professional. The ambience was of a happy work force of people that enjoyed their jobs and took pride in giving of their best. The ladies that cleaned my room, the ones that brought the mouth watering food, the nursing assistants and the nurses, the physiotherapists; all gave me the impression that nothing could be too much trouble. Finally, a mention for Jamie, the gentlemen that took me to and from the X-ray department. He told me that since moving to Sulis, not that long ago, he's never felt more settled and accepted in his lifetime of employment. His determination to provide a very high level of service impressed me. I wish him well.”

“I received such Amazing care whilst staying at the Spire, I can’t rate the team highly enough. Everyone did everything they could at all times to make sure I knew what was going on and what my options were. The anaesthetist, Nick (don’t know his surname sorry) was so lovely, he was kind and informative and helped me understand everything my body was going through. The post op recovery nurse, Andy Newman was very kind, he stayed with me and spoke to me whilst I felt poorly and made sure my husband knew how I was getting on. The nurses Percilla, Seema, George and Robyn were all really attentive and always made sure I was being looked after perfectly. Carly, the physio was perfect and helped my confidence in what my body could do. My surgeon was Mr Eastaugh-Waring; who in my eyes is the best out there. He’s not only very talented but helped me know what my limitations are going to be for my training lifestyle. The whole team are just brilliant and I can’t thank them enough.”
