“Cracking shop with brilliant customer service. The elderly chap (I think the owner) is an absolutely lovely guy always willing to help. I had an issue with a gas bottle that felt like it was full but wouldn't work. He fixed the issue by clearing the airlock in the bottle and it's working fine now. He could have kept my bottle and sold me another but instead he fixed it for free and was honest. Would highly recommend this shop. Outstanding customer service. No wonder it's always busy when I go.”

Find I can buy washing/cleaning supplies like laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets at better value than other stores or on Amazon etc. Also, good value for many food staples and good value for sweets/chocolate often beating pound shops and often on a par with or cheaper than Asda. Good value household items and toiletries as well and also small electrical goods. Handy location next to M&S and Asda and a very large carpark serves all 3 stores.”

He takes his time to help you chose what fish/reptile you want and gives you as much info as he possibly can to help make sure every animal leaving his care is going to be looked after properly and safely.
