“I wanted to start getting fit again after a couple of years of being quite out of shape and unhealthy, but was experiencing lower back and leg pain when exercising. I went to see Andy yesterday and he assessed me thoroughly and gave me strengthening and stretching exercises to do. He watched me do the exercises and corrected my posture so I was doing them properly with the right muscles. “Definitely the place to go for any lower leg problems if you are a sporting person. Dee went above and beyond the service I have had from anyone else and really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem with my foot. My injury was not immediately obvious and it took a while to identify the problem but I now understand what the issue is and how to deal with it. Dee checks up on me to make sure that things are going well and I will definitely go back to her if and when I need her help again.”

You get a link to slides explaining the procedure, pain relief and aftercare. Recieved daily texts explaining what should be happening regarding the healing of circumcision. On the day itself everything ran smoothly, very friendly staff, the procedure was straight forward, baby was settled as soon as he came out, was sent upstairs to a separate room to feed baby and circumcision was checked by staff before we were given all clear to leave. He told me he did not want me to waste my money as my injury could be treated at home. He told me to use voltarol put on ice and wear compression socks, this has already made such a difference can't thank him enough. Such a nice genuine person. Would definitely recommend him.”
