“I was introduced to Dan just over four years ago after contacting Birmingham Movement Therapy due to a sports related knee injury. The treatment and daily exercises that he recommended fixed the problem very quickly. Since then I’ve joined the Strength and Conditioning classes that they run. Dan and the team at Birmingham Movement Therapy are great educators. Attending the S and C classes, plus the odd bit of treatment from Dan when required has taught me so much about the body and keeping fit and healthy.
