“A massive Thank-you to Steph the dog trainer for putting up with our Dogue de Boudreaux Pepper for her puppy classes over the last 6-8 week. She has enjoyed it a lot and we have enjoyed seeing her improve vastly over the weeks. We missed one due to her having allergies to something but we enjoyed the email class notes you get to practice the weeks focuses at home. We can’t wait to continue with all the hard work and see her keep growing into a lovely young lady. Pepper was so nervous when we signed up due to her being attacked whilst out on a walk when she was 14 weeks old and this has helped her feel safe and comfy able around other puppies again. She was so confidant in the last session around the other puppies. So we are grateful for that. Good luck to all the other fur babies on their journey and pepper wishes you all a merry Christmas. Thankyou aswell to all the staff at the shop who are always there to help and so willing to guide where needed with anything. And the grooms who she has been had her first groom this weekend and she was a cheeky madam but she loved it deepdown.”

“Took my puppy for his puppy groom & was delighted with both the way he was cut & looked after.....unlike a lot of groomers, you can actually wait with your dog & watch everything that is done. We have found a lovely groomer now so will be returning on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend”

“I have been going to Pet's at Home to get advice and items for my new puppy Merlin and for our rescue cat's (I've never had cat's before!) Pet's at Home have been extremely helpful with advice and ordering items for me! When I go in with Merlin they always greet Merlin and remember his name and give him a fuss. It's a big store but they take the time to remember your pets name and come from behind the counter to fuss your dog! The personal touch means a lot to me!”

“Came here recently on a sunny Sunday afternoon after recently getting a new puppy. After shopping around and getting to the till we we were greeted with a very friendly face of a woman called Marsha. She told us about signing upto the vip club to see what offers we could get before making out purchase. She kept the things behind the till for us while we signed up and received a very good saving and some free food for our puppy. It always makes a shopping experience so much nicer when you speak to someone so friendly and who obviously really loves animals and her job. Will definitely be coming back if we need anything else for our pup.”

“The place has had a recent facelift since I last been here. Store is much larger and spacious and new layout is really good! Well done B&M staff. Hand sanitiser on entry and tills are still at the same location. Can pick up food and drink and various household items. Some cheaper than other shops some stuff slightly more expensive. But all under 1 roof so where you waste petrol / time looking for something few pennies cheaper you may as well get it all under 1 roof and save the hassle.”
