RE:PLAY Clinic - Sports Physio Belfast
● Open“Cannot recommend re:play clinic enough! Classic issue of runner's knee pain, flaring up again from an old injury. Felt a bit silly initially as I wasn't sure if my issue was severe enough or if I was a 'serious enough athlete' but Mark put me at ease immediately. Not only did he give me exercises and advice to help fix the problem, he explained why the problem occurred in the first place and how to avoid anything similar in future. Such a great service, so easy to book online, overall 10/10”

Gotto Sports Belfast - Running & Tennis Shop
● Open“After having bought 3 successive pairs of Brooks Vapor from Gotto sports and no injuries, I was gutted to hear they weren’t available anymore. The staff assured me that Brooks Adrenaline GTS20 would be the closest thing to Vapor and I find they are even better, so thank you for taking the time and interest to keep me running and injury free. Would thoroughly recommend this shop and I’ve been shopping here from my student days (many years ago!).”

North Down Physio & Sports Injury Clinic
● Open“I felt compelled to write this review in support of NDP and the technique of myofascial release. I have attended 5 physios in Northern Ireland over the past 15 years and NDP was/is the 5th and they have managed to resolve problems that 4 other physios were unable to provide satisfactory long term solutions to. I had tried the standard, "pummeling" approach used by most physios - and it simply doesn't work for me. Julia recommended myofascial release after she quickly realised standard physio does not provide a suitable long term solution to muscular issues that I had. Erica sorted a shoulder problem that I'd had for over 20 years in 3 sessions; resolved other inflexible back issues and more recently, knee muscle issues in 2 sessions allowing me to complete a 10k in France. I recommend NDP to friends regularly and I wouldn't do that if I wasn't confident in their abilities and professionalism. Also, best to resolve issues in the practice before bombing the internet about your issues - that would be the adult approach.”
