“I found EDŌ in the Michelin guide, so I had high expectations. The meal and service did not disappoint. My party of 4 had a reservation and we were seated promptly when we arrived. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and was able to provide a gluten free menu as well. The food and cocktails were fantastic. I would certainly return the next time I’m in Belfast.”

A 21st century conferencing complex that blends the historic with the latest technology and modern facilities, the Assembly Buildings Conference Centre is one of the finest conference and exhibition venues in the City of Belfast. Built in 1905, in the style of a Scottish Baronial Castle, this historic and ‘one of a kind’ conference and meeting venue is capable of hosting anywhere from 2 to 1150 delegates. The new Ground Floor Conference Complex contains a 200 delegate conference room, Exhibition space and 2 additional syndicate rooms. The facilities are fully air-conditioned and all of this is underpinned by a first class friendly and can do attitude to making your conference or meeting a success for you and your delegates. “We were staying next door in The Flint, and whilst waiting to check in myself, and girlfriend stopped in for a lunch and drinks. The staff are so friendly and the food and drink was served quickly. It was delicious. I recommend the raspberry Tom Collins. Emma our server was a delight. Polite, friendly and great at her job.”
The Crown Liquor Saloon
“If you're staying downtown in belfast, this must be somewhere you visit. The interior is recognized on the National Historic Trust of Ireland. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely beautiful. It's like walking back in time. Had a great deal of fun here drinking cold beer and bantering with my fellow Travelers in my own private booth. We did not try the food here but others claim that it was mediocre. I know that the bartenders were not very friendly at first but warmed up to us after we bought our sixth round.”
Ten Square Hotel
“I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Belfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, luxurious, and a great value. The breakfast was outstanding. It's also a great location in the city centre. It's an easy walk from Lanyon Place station. They held our bags prior to check in and for most of the day after we checked out.”
Europa Hotel
“Rooms lovely and warm and well equipped. Lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. They use real butter on the sandwiches in the bar - that's the kind of place it us. Says it all really. Top notch.”
Maldron Hotel Belfast City
“Would deffo recommend this hotel if staying in Belfast. Hotel was located 5 min from the City Hall and main shops, walking distance from pretty much everything and specially the Europa Bus station which connects to the Airport. The room was spacious, calm and clean. Service was really good from the staff, very friendly. Breakfast was good however not many vegetarian options were served that day (Only pork sausages).”
Robinsons Bar
“Wow!! I got the steak and Guinness pie and it was DELICIOUS. I've been traveling through 8 countries in Europe for the past month and a half and this was one of the best meals I've had. Perfect puff pastry to filling ratio, steak super tender, chips perfectly cooked, and the vegetables on the side were absolutely delicious!! Service was also phenomenal. Seating was incredibly comfortable which was SO nice for someone like me who has chronic back pain. The booths are more like couches, genuinely the most comfortable restaurant seating I've ever seen. I'd recommend this to anyone who was in belfast!! Really amazing experience!”
Pug Uglys
“Needed a venue for a special birthday celebration for my daughter. Assisted by Stephanie who showed us the upstairs room which we booked for a very reasonable price. My daughter and 25 friends had a brilliant and memorable night. Couldn’t recommend more highly.”
