"I placed my order on the app for a footlong steak and cheese which comes with American cheese. In the comments I had written Pepperjack instead but, we live about 20 mins away and when I got home realized there was NO CHEESE which ruins the entire thing. I called that night and they said I could come back at a later date and get it. 2 days later I called to tell them I was coming and they told me there's nothing they could do but a manager would call me. Jake called me back and was extremely unprofessional. I explained the situation and he basically called me a liar stating the employee assured him cheese was on it. It felt extremely hostile. I went to pick it up and was met by an employee staying they wouldn't add extra cheese or something. As an owner of a company, I would never treat customers as if they were wrong or lying for a $12.00 sandwich. Needless to say I won't be running back to this location anytime soon."
