“Very professional, kind man. Well versed and educated. Once or twice, he told me things I didn't want to hear, but a therapist is not there to stroke your ego. If you only want agreement with your small, immature opinion, you aren't seeking a therapist's wisdom. You are seeking gossip. Dr. Heard gave me encouragement, empathy..... but he also called me on the carpet on a couple of things. He was an enormous help to me, helping me overcome obstacles and deal with inner demons. He's a great therapist.”
