"I discovered a pipe leak on Thursday afternoon. By Friday afternoon, he arrived and fixed the issue. It was even the week of Christmas, and he did not hesitate to come out and help. Thank you so much!"
"Not dependable--no communication. Had to call someone else to complete the job. We tried our best to use local. Still waiting on completion of one portion of the job but will be shocked if we hear from him. Someone had already told us they got no response but we hung in there for weeks and was hopeful we would be taken care of to no avail."
"Had him install a hydrant on our property in Cane Hill. Once installed the city said it wasn’t up to code to activate the water line. In total it took him 3 months to install the hydrant due to him not showing up multiple times to fix the mistakes. Got a bigger and more reputable company to run pipes to another part of the property and they said his work was absolutely horrible and will most likely need to be replaced very soon. I don’t like trashing local companies but that experience was horrible. Especially because we’re working with other companies to complete a building on the property and the water needed to be done first."
"Matt fixed my plumbing issues, but he inflated his charges and took advantage of me. He charged me $475 for 45 minutes of actual work. He knew for 2 days he was doing toilet tank repair on two tanks which were not filling with water. But hen he arrived he did not have the right parts and had to make a trip to go get parts. Not only did he charge me his hourly rate for his trip to get parts; he charged me twice what the parts actually cost and then refused to show me the receipt for the parts. I went to Lowe’s and found the parts he purchased, and he had charged me way more than what they cost him. When I asked why he doubled the price, in addition to charging his hourly rate, he said “Because of gas prices and inflation.” I repeatedly asked to see the receipts. His response was that “nobody shows their receipts to customers.” I feel that he is dishonest and unethical. I will never use him again. He charged me $425 for a job that should have been half that much. Beware!!!"
