"Server was decent. Food was not. Started with dip trio. Which was probably the best thing. But not enough chips. The chips were half cooked, with some still raw and other so greasy. Then when asked for a few more chips for the small amout of dip that was left, server bought a huge basket out, which more than half went to waste because we didnt need that amount. Had we been served that amout woth the dip orignally we would of had enough the first go around. Just seems wastefull. Was surprised at the price vs the amount of salad received. Was brought salad out but no dressing, so I had wait for server to come back before I could even eat. Also was missing tortilla toppings. Which I never got. Husband ribs where cold and dry. The jalapeño sausage was cold and from the looks of it hardly even cooked or grilled. Corn was cold, we also paid $3 for an extra corn and that one cold too. Only thing that was hot hot was frys. Will definitely not be back to spend my own money on this type of food. Just not worth 74 bucks."
"Elsa was our waitress on 2-1-24 and was the BEST waitress we have ever had!! She went above and beyond! Our food was delicious and came out fast! We are in Hot Springs, AK for a college baseball tournament. Of all the restaurants we have to choose from, we will be going back to Chili's because of Elsa (and the great food)! The chips and salsa are also the BEST!"
"Not my favorite Chili's but to be honest they almost never disappoint with the food. Depending on the location, service and beer may vary obviously but always a safe bet when deciding where to grab a beer and food. This particular location wasn't bad by any means but not my favorite is all. 4 stars says it all."
"Went there about 6 pm. Restaurant was not totally full. But it seemed like they were using same tables for all of the guests. It was hard to keep private as they kept placing other guests around our tables while rest of the tables away from us were still empty. Food was great. Customer service was also nice. Food was quickly delivered at the table. I will try it again and hope we get bit more privacy if they are not busy."
