"This Walgreens always has my prescriptions ready quickly. I can see the Dr. And get new prescriptions within a few hours. I can check the status of prescriptions on the app and order refills from the app as well. I can see my husband's and dog's prescription statuses as well. I don't live in town so I always check to make sure my prescriptions are ready before I go to get them. They offer a prescription savings plan for my dog and it has significantly reduced my copays for her prescriptions and pays for itself. Since switching to this pharmacy last year I've had a much better experience than with other pharmacies."
"I had a surgical procedure on my back this afternoon and my Doc called me in a pain RX. At first I didn't want it because my Insurance wouldn't cover the cost. In my world, it was costly. They were going to contact my Doc the next morning to have her order something my Insurance would cover. Several hours after the procedure, I called them and very plainly Discussed with them that I had decided that I would cover the cost... To go ahead and fill that RX and I was sending my daughter to pick it up. She has authorization and picks up my RX's often. My daughter waited for 45 minutesof her very valuable time and they ended up telling her that they haven't heard from my Doc yet about a different RX!!! Does that make any sense? No! So here I am in bed suffering because they are INEPT AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK TOGETHER AND COMMUNICATE."
