"DO NOT BOOK at this location. My booking was cancelled. I arrived around 9:30pm,, I tired to call to say I would be late as I was driving through snow and ice and was terribly delayed. I was sent a link for hotel help. I was not going to use the internet on my phone in inclement weather. The hotel front desk canceled my room, I ended up having to drive the rest of the way home, which was another 5 hours. He had one room left, but would not give it to me for the price I paid for the room that was canceled. Customer service was less than ideal, unhelpful and unfriendly. The chain itself is hard to get ahold of in resolving refund matters. I also was told he could not give me a refund because I booked through a 3rd party. I booked this room using OYO website. This was a horrible situation is scary weather. Please choose elsewhere. It was cheap, so I guess I should not be shocked at the horrible service."

"Staff is really nice, but this hotel needs renovating. AC/Heater is loud, remote didn't work well, no trash can in room... Price is too high for this room."

"This hotel keeps trying to fraud money. Reservation was made with them but when showed up there was a number to call and when called the guy said they had no vacancies and the Reservation would be canceled because THEY could not accommodate the reservation. So had to go to another hotel since was there for work. Well this company keeps trying to charge the room for a "no show" because showing up and being turned away by THEM they are trying to fraud money out of now and charge 210.00 for their issue they caused. So it has to continously be disputed and when you call it is pass the buck and no one seems to know how to do their job and what they said they would do. Corporate for this company is a joke and does not respond but has time to keep charging for this even though it is their fault on the room. I have made a bbb complaint on this issue and have sent them my phone records for all the calls I have made over this including the picture of the phone number to call for checking in and the number on my phone record for the day I was there that they want to lie about and say I didn't show up for and the hotel receipts for the place I had to stay because this place was full and couldn't honor their own reservation. Do not deal with this company what so ever. They only want to ignore their job and what they did and try to steal money from you for something you didn't do and had no control over. It is fraud to the max."
